For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below:

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on rk666, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of rk666 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion register that applies to you.
• You must not currently hold another active rk666 account. Only one account per person, household, device, IP address, and payment method is permitted.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory as defined in these Terms.

rk666 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to maintain ongoing eligibility will result in immediate account suspension and the forfeiture of any Bonus funds held in your Account Balance.

To access the full range of rk666 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

3.1 Registration Requirements. During registration you will be required to provide, at a minimum: a unique username, a valid email address, a secure password, your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, and your preferred deposit and withdrawal method. rk666 may request additional information at any time as part of its KYC obligations.

3.2 One Account Per Member. Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the rk666 platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered across the same household, shared device, shared IP address, or shared payment instrument — are strictly prohibited. rk666 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any bets, winnings, or Bonus funds associated with them.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. rk666 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact rk666 support immediately via the 24/7 live chat facility.

3.4 KYC Verification. Before your first withdrawal is processed, rk666 requires you to complete KYC identity verification by submitting one or more of the following documents: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM). Additional documentation including proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may be requested. rk666 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.5 Accuracy of Information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account closure. Any winnings or Bonus funds present in an account closed for this reason will be forfeited in their entirety.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. rk666 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OCBC NISP, and Bank Permata via bank transfer; and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja via e-wallet. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to your rk666 wallet in real time or within a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes of confirmation from the sending bank or e-wallet provider. rk666 does not charge processing fees on deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your account dashboard.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Members are processed within an average of five (5) minutes. Processing times may be longer during periods of high transaction volume or when additional verification is required. rk666 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be fully completed and approved.
• Any active Bonus funds must have met their applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding real-money balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own legal name, matching your KYC documents.
• rk666 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

4.5 Suspicious Transactions. rk666 operates a real-time transaction monitoring system. Any deposit or withdrawal pattern deemed suspicious, or any transaction that may indicate money laundering, fraud, or abuse of the Platform, will result in an immediate account freeze pending investigation. rk666 will cooperate fully with any relevant law-enforcement authority in connection with such investigations.

4.6 Declined Transactions. rk666 reserves the right to decline any deposit or refuse any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to believe the transaction is associated with fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. Bonuses and promotional offers made available on rk666 are intended for recreational players using the Platform for genuine entertainment purposes. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or "bonus-hunt" promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to minimize risk while satisfying wagering requirements, or any other method deemed abusive by rk666 — will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Each Bonus awarded carries a wagering requirement expressed as a multiple of the Bonus amount (e.g., a 5× wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 Bonus means Rp 500.000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the Bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds). The applicable wagering multiple, qualifying game contributions, and time limits for each promotion are specified in the individual promotion's terms and conditions page.

5.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. In general: sports bets, live casino games, and togel contribute 100%; standard slot games contribute 100%; and certain high-RTP games, jackpot slots, or table game variants may contribute a reduced percentage or not at all. Specific contribution rates are published on the applicable promotion page.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that have not been claimed within the specified claim window, or wagering requirements that have not been completed within the specified validity period, will expire automatically. Expired Bonus funds are removed from the account balance without compensation.

5.5 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus. Certain promotional offers may impose a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated by Bonus funds. Where such a cap applies, it will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. rk666 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced, bets based on information not publicly available at the time of placement, and bets that appear to exploit a system error or pricing mistake.

6.2 Sportsbook Rules. All sports bets are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as published in the rk666 Sportsbook Rules section accessible via the account dashboard. In the event of a discrepancy between market-specific rules and these general Terms, the market-specific rules shall prevail for that market. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win; a single voided selection reduces the accumulator by one leg, while a single losing selection voids the entire accumulator.

6.3 Live Casino Rules. Live casino games including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and Dragon Tiger are governed by the rules of the respective game studio (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, Asia Gaming) in addition to these Terms. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game round, the round outcome will be settled based on the game studio's server-side records.

6.4 Togel and Keno Rules. Togel draw results are taken from officially designated draw sources. In the event that an official draw result is unavailable, delayed, or disputed, rk666 reserves the right to postpone settlement until the result is officially confirmed. Keno rounds use a certified RNG and results are final once the round concludes.

6.5 System Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that causes an incorrect display of odds, incorrect game outcome, or incorrect payout, rk666 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return all stakes to the affected Members' accounts. rk666 is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.

6.6 Maximum Payouts. Maximum single-bet and single-session payout limits apply across all product verticals and are disclosed within the respective game or market interface. rk666 reserves the right to reduce or cap winnings where a system error or obvious pricing mistake has contributed to an abnormal outcome.

rk666 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that enable Members to maintain control over their gambling activity. The Platform makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all Members at no charge, accessible directly from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that cap the total amount you can deposit within the selected period.

10.3 Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rk666's total liability to any Member in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their rk666 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. rk666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether rk666 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.5 Third-Party Services. The rk666 Platform integrates third-party game studios, payment processors, and data providers. rk666 is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, or service interruptions of any third-party provider. Any dispute arising from a third-party game outcome should be raised in the first instance with rk666 support, which will liaise with the relevant studio on your behalf.

11.1 Termination by Member. You may close your rk666 account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

11.2 Termination by rk666. rk666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have provided false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination by rk666 for cause, any Bonus funds, promotional credits, and winnings derived from Bonus play will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned at rk666's discretion after satisfactory investigation, net of any losses rk666 has suffered as a result of the Member's breach.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether of a contractual, tortious, statutory, or other nature — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rk666 holds its operational license, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

rk666 is an internationally operated platform. Members accessing the Platform from Indonesia do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. rk666 makes no representation that the Platform or its content is lawful, appropriate, or available for use in any particular jurisdiction beyond those in which rk666 is licensed to operate.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with rk666 support shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the arbitral institution specified in rk666's licensing terms, and the language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Nothing in this clause limits rk666's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
